"Beautiful" views of the Rockies and Pikes Peak are offered at this 13-story convention hotel whose location is "central to everything" ("plenty" of restaurants are "within walking distance") and where the "traditional feel" is complemented by a lovely lobby and a pool that looks out over the mountains; though rooms seem a "a bit outdated", they're spotless, reasonably sized and attended by an "extremely friendly staff"; N.B. budget $10 a day for self-parking.

The location is perfect - close to food and fun.
The bed was smaller than I'd hoped and they had no tub, only shower.

The Hilton was just what I needed. I would have appreciated a larger bed but the value was incredible. The people are friendly and informative. The hot tub was much-needed. I'll be back to Colorado Springs and will stay there again. VERY pleased. ...read more

Public places great; greeting staff great.
Plumbing horrible; small room; short sheeted bed every night.

The rooms are small; option was for only one bed, a Queen. We are used to two beds for this star rating. Tub dripped; toilet ran constantly; sink small; faucet on tub very loose and not easy to control temp; faucet on sink turned wrong; the sheets on the bed did not reach the foot of the bed so feet were on mattress pad - all four nights. Didn't know we would have to pay $11/day parking. TV picture froze in place several times an hour. ...read more

Clean.
Customers have nowhere else safe to park and are charged $13 a night to park.

I have mostly good things to say. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and stocked. There was no WiFi available, but there was a LAN line in the room. The parking is my only real complaint. There was no mention of parking fees until after I had checked in. Thirteen dollars a night to park for customers is ridiculous. ...read more

Nice hotel especially for the price
I paid.
They charged me $11 a day for parking even though the parking garage was free for the holidays.

I enjoyed the hotel. It was a very good place to stay. The common areas are gorgeous. Kids love the salt water pool and the hot tub. Gorgeous views from the pool and rooms.

The hotel was fine. I don't like their underground parking. I certainly did not like the fact that they charged $50 instead of $1 on my credit card for incidentals. Then I ate a meal for $44.70 and they charged that amount also even though Tuesday morning I wrote them a check for the $44.70. ...read more

Comfortable, friendly staff, nice parking facility.
Room was too warm. Couldn't adjust thermostat.

The Antlers is a lovely old Colorado Springs tradition. Not sure how long it's been a part of the downtown skyline, but through various changes in ownership it has maintained its elegant ambience and excellent customer service. The last 2 times I've stayed at The Antlers, I've been on the 11th floor with a lovely view of downtown. As a very farsighted woman, I was delighted to find a 5X magnifying mirror in the bathroom. ...read more

The concierge was very friendly at arrival.
We could not stay longer.

There is music playing as you enter the hotel, plenty of towels, friendly staff, and clean rooms that have new furniture.

Good location, free internet.
Parking charge.

A decent hotel - room was a bit small, but have been making steady improvements with quality. Eleven dollar self-parking charge is a bit unnecessary considering Colorado Springs is a small city. Pool and jacuzzi were quite nice and in good working order. ...read more

The pool, and the location and the price.
The room.

Overall the hotel is nice, the lobby and amenities were nice. The valet disappeared for an hour once we got there and there were no directions on where to put the car. The location is right in downtown and great. The room was incredibly small and poorly put together. There was no bathtub. ...read more

Location to our activities.
Small room, only 1 chair.

The rooms while clean were very small for the price paid. Only one chair in room, shower no tub, and a small closet. Entry door of room had a gap large enough on the bottom to allow a lot of hallway noise in. ...read more
